What is the shipping policy?
All orders (of in-stock items) are processed and shipped within 24 hours
Monday through Friday! Orders placed before 4:00 PM (AEST) will be
shipped on the same business day*. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (AEST)
will be processed on the next business day.
Orders for multiple items might be shipped in separate shipments if part of
the order is not immediately available in our stock so that you receive the
available items as soon as possible for your convenience. BattDepot.com will
not charge extra shipping costs for orders that are sent in separate shipments.

What shipping method do you support?
BattDepot.com is committed to providing our
customers with a carrier (FedEx, UPS, Toll, Fastway and Australia Post) that is
reliable and responsible with their shipments.
We are also able to provide our customers with the latest technologies with order
tracking so that every package we ship can be traced to their exact location at
anytime prior to delivery. The following is the shipping method supported by
FedEx/UPS/Toll/Fastway/Australia Post with a description on the suggested travel time.
Standard Delivery (5-8 Business Days)
FedEx, Toll, Australia Post (3-5 Business Days)
UPS, Fedex Priority (1-3 Business Days)
PO Box Delivery (7-14 Business Days)*

Shipping Rate
Unlike many other internet stores, we do NOT make profit by shipping charges. We only
charge actual shipping cost and handling labor fee. Shipping is automatically calculated
prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed
to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
When will I receive my order?
When you place an order (of in-stock items) we promise to ship out all orders within 24
hours of the order confirmation. Please review the shipping times suggested by FedEx/UPS for
each shipping method and your order should arrive within those times specified.
If your order is out of stock, a customer service representative will notify you by email
regarding the estimated ship date for your order. We receive shipments weekly so our out-of-stock
wait times should be no more than 2 weeks and should usually fall to within a week. If you do not
wish to wait for your item, you can cancel your order without any penalties. In following with our
order cancellation procedures, you may cancel our order until it has been packed and ready to ship.
What is your backorder policy?
In the event that we do not happen to have one or more of your items in stock, and we cannot
get the items from the manufacturer within five working days. We will notify you right away via
email, at which point we'll let you know how long it will be before we can ship your item(s). If
there are multiple items on your order, we will ship the items that are in stock right away. We
will then ship any items that are on backorder once they come in. You will not be charged any extra
amount for shipping. If you do not want your order to be partial shipped, please let us know.
All backordered item(s) will remain on backorder unless we are instructed by you to cancel that item(s).
