All orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT +8) will be shipped on the same business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT +8) will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

BattDepot.com warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship which would affect normal use for up to 3 years.
- 3 year warranty applies to all Dr. Battery Green Series batteries
- 2 year warranty applies to all Dr. Battery Advanced Pro Series batteries

How can I track my order?
Tracking your order online is made easy for BattDepot.com customers.
We send an email tracking notification to all our customers once our packages have been shipped by FedEx/UPS. You can visit www.fedex.com/www.ups.com and enter the tracking number provided in the email to follow your shipment.
Alternatively, you can track order status at our Order Status page with registered Email Address and Order Number.

In-Process: |
You have placed and order and made payment. We are in the process of picking and packing the order for shipment |
Completed: |
The order has been picked up by the carrier. A tracking number has been issued to the customer |
