Rechargeable Batteries Warranty

BattDepot.com offers a limited warranty against abnormal breakdown on rechargeable batteries for a period from the delivery date. At BattDepot.com's discretion, we will repair or replace the battery if our technician tests it and determines that the battery is in fact, defective. Please be advised that since rechargeable batteries are consumable products, warranty coverage on rechargeable batteries is limited to not being able to hold charges (will not charge).

Rechargeable batteries normally have a limited charging and discharging cycles between 400 ~ 1000 cycles depending on the application and individual's usage pattern. The capacity (available usage time) of rechargeable batteries reduces each time they go through the charging and discharging cycle. Due to these reasons, when rechargeable batteries are not able to reach their full (original) capacity, they are considered as normal wear and tear and, therefore, are not covered under this warranty.
