How can I track my order?

Tracking your order online is made easy for BattDepot.com customers.

We send an email tracking notification to all our customers once the packages have been shipped. You can track order status at our Order Status page with registered Email Address and Order Number.

Order status definitions

Submitted You have successfully completed the order process at BattDepot.com and your order has been accepted. It will be sent for processing soon. You can request cancel or modify your order before the order turn into processing status.

Processing We are currently preparing your order. We are sorry that we are not able to modify or cancel the order at this point. All orders (of in-stock items) will be processed and dispatched in 1-2 business days. A shipment notification email will be sent to the correspondent email address for reference once your order is dispatched.

Shipped Your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be sent in a separate email.
