Submitted - You have successfully completed the order process at BattDepot.com and your order has been accepted. It will be sent for processing soon. You can request cancel or modify your order before the order turn into processing status.

Processing - We are currently preparing your order. We are sorry that we are not able to modify or cancel the order at this point. All orders (of in-stock items) will be processed and shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday (except public holiday)! All orders placed before 3:00PM PST will be shipped on the same business day. (All orders in weekends and North American holidays will be process at the next business day). Orders placed after 3:00PM PST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. A shipment notification email will be sent to the correspondent email address for reference once your order is dispatched.

Shipped - Your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be sent in a separate email.

When will I receive my order?

What is the return policy?

Customer may request for a one-to-one exchange with us within the warranty period. You must provide the original invoice (Either paypal confirmation or BattDepot.com Confirmation) for all exchange transactions. All warranty or exchange requests will NOT be processed if the customer cannot provide original invoices. It is customer's responsibility to keep all the invoices. Broken warranty seals on goods void all warranties where warranty can be made. BattDepot.com reserves the right to charge a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.

Dangerous Goods Surcharge for Lithium Batteries

Effective January 1, 2017, UPS and FedEx Express will no longer accept UN 3480 Lithium Batteries tendered as IATA Section II. Section II batteries to be fully regulated as Dangerous Goods Section IB, $30.00 Dangerous Goods Handling Fee will be applied on each air shipment.
