We provide all the order details online if you do not have your original invoice handy to check against your shipment. Our system can store all of your shipping addresses for your future orders. You don¡¦t need to type in every time now. You can also sign-up to receive newsletters and promotion codes we will send out from time to time to get even more savings.

How can I create an account?

Simply click on "Create an Account" link during checkout and complete our easy-to-follow steps to register.

How can I edit my Billing address?

Please note that we DO NOT store credit/debit card numbers, billing information. Please kindly fill out your billing information when Checkout.

How can I edit my Shipping address?

You can edit your shipping address at "Step 2 – Shipping Address" during Checkout. For adding new shipping address, click on "Enter New Shipping Address" to add a new shipping address. You can also delete other shipping addresses by clicking the "Remove" button. Please note that add, edit or delete any addresses will not affect any pending orders.

How to reset the account login password?

At the Checkout or Order Status page, please click onto the Forgot Password link to reset the login password.

Dangerous Goods Surcharge for Lithium Batteries

Effective January 1, 2017, UPS and FedEx Express will no longer accept UN 3480 Lithium Batteries tendered as IATA Section II. Section II batteries to be fully regulated as Dangerous Goods Section IB, C$30.00 Dangerous Goods Handling Fee will be applied on each air shipment.
